Not Nog
- Makes : about 4 cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups soy milk (Vitasoy Creamy Original or Vanilla Delite are recommended)
- 1/2 cup to 1 cup raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Brandy to taste (if desired)
Directions
Step 1
Puree milk, cashews, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender until creamy and frothy.
Step 2
Grate nutmeg and blend again. Add brandy if desired.
Step 3
Chill for several hours.
Step 4
Pour into glasses and grate additional nutmeg on top.
